U.S. WOMEN SET TO KICKOFF TWO-GAME SERIES AGAINST MEXICO AT TORERO STADIUM U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Pia Sundhage has named 24 players to a training camp that starts Wednesday ahead of their domestic two-game series against Mexico. The first match will be on March 28 at Torero Stadium on the campus of the University of San Diego with kick off at 2 p.m. PT and will be televised live on Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en Español. Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah, the home of reigning Major League Soccer champion Real Salt Lake will host the second match on March 31 at 7 p.m. MT which will be televised live on ESPN2. Detailed Roster CLEVELAND TO PLAY HOST USA VERSUS GERMANY ON MAY 22: The U.S. Women's National Team will face Germany on May 22 at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio, as the world’s top two women’s soccer nations meet on American soil for the first time since the 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The match will kick off at 6 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on ESPN2. Fans can also follow the action as it happens on ussoccer.com’s MatchTracker and twitter.com/ussoccer. The game in Cleveland is the second match of a home-and-home series between the two international powers. In the first contest, played Oct. 29, 2009, in Augsburg, Germany, Abby Wambach's goal gave the Americans a narrow 1-0 victory in front of an enthusiastic German crowd.
